Having come from the world of operations, Kara is dialed in to the support needed and has the expertise of business operations to take CertaSite to the next level – an employer of choice. From compliance, safety and employee relations to recruiting and retention, Kara has a proven track record for making a meaningful impact wherever she goes. She has been able to leverage innovation to optimize performance and facilitate training and development.
From Walmart, Kohls, Home Depot, and UPS, Kara has learned from some of the nation’s largest employers in the market across many different environments and regions. Most recently, she helped to build an HR program from the ground up, and as a result, received top accolades of Indy’s Top Places to Work in 2019, 2020, and 2021.
Kara earned her undergraduate degree from Oakland City University and is a certified professional by the Society of Human Resources Management (SHRM-CP).
