In one of our most exciting updates to date, we are writing to let you know that we are in the midst of a big transformation. We are officially transitioning all of our companies to CertaSite. Since 2018, CertaSite has been thoughtfully and strategically partnering with and acquiring fire and life safety companies throughout the Midwest-companies whose previous owners have built for many years (in some cases decades) and who have assembled a dedicated workforce and a strong local presence. We look forward to building on those solid foundations by offering employees development and career advancement, and expanded, tech-enabled services to support customers. CertaSite is proud to be a part of what the previous owners have spent a lifetime building and we will honor their legacies as we elevate their fire and life safety services to new heights.

CertaSite is on a critical mission to protect as many lives as possible and has been investing in these companies in unimaginable ways. We have our sights set on not just our own company, though. Our vision is to disrupt the status quo and elevate the customer experience to new heights for the overall fire and life safety industry.  

But we know that what matters most is what this means for YOU - our customer. 

CertaSite views fire and life safety through a wide lens, making sure our customers are always several steps beyond mere compliance. Taking a comprehensive approach to managing fire protection and an overall life safety program, CertaSite couples innovation, a customer-first mentality and a culture of training and development all to support our customers in all their life safety needs. It’s a lofty endeavor for sure, but we’re already well on our way and will keep forging ahead in becoming our industry’s leaders.  

With this comes an expanded customer service and technician workforce including the familiar faces from the legacy companies that you’ve come to know. Over the next couple of months, you will begin to see us show up as CertaSite. Please do not be alarmed, we are here to help you and make this transition as smooth as possible.
